We do sometimes provide services outside of our areas, at a minimum of 50 square metres. There may be also be a small fee for a measuring visit. Please contact us for more information

Some product lines change over time. If we cannot find the exact same flooring, we will endeavour to find you the closest match to your floor as possible.

Carpets can flatten over time, especially deep pile carpets and more so in high traffic areas. It is a natural characteristic of the product and is not a sign of wear.
Team RDF always do their best to thoroughly check your product before installation, although sometimes manufacturer faults can be discovered. In these situations, RDF will liaise with the manufacturer and endeavour to get the problem sorted as quickly as possible.

Shedding is usual for a newly installed carpet, the more you vacuum, the sooner the shedding will stop.
Many manufacturers are now stating that their flooring can be bleach cleanable, stain resistant or come with a warranty. These are offered by the individual manufacturers, therefore all liability on guarantees and warranties lies with them. You can find further information on the individual manufacturers websites.
