We offer a 14-day peace of mind return policy on any non-bespoke rug/mat bought from us*. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days after your original purchase date and our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
You are responsible for the return costs of your order. You can arrange for the return using a courier of your choice or alternatively you can return the item(s) to our showroom (187 Dedworth Road, Windsor, SL4 4JN)
All our rugs/mats are checked and securely packaged before they are delivered/collected,
In the unlikely event that your rug/mat arrives damaged or imperfect we will happily exchange it or issue a full refund. This must be communicated to us in writing or email within 3 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, where possible or returned using suitably strong material, we will issue a full refund/exchange once the item has been received and checked by us.

*Note: Custom Made/Bespoke Rugs are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. These items will only qualify for a refund if there is a manufacturing fault.
